SECURING THE LAST DETAILS
A day before your picnic, we’ll touch base to make sure the weather is looking good for your chosen spot. If conditions like wind or rain aren’t ideal, we’ll offer you an alternative location or the option to reschedule for another day. We always recommend having a backup date in mind or an indoor option, like your holiday rental, just in case the weather doesn’t cooperate!
ON THE DAY
On the day of your picnic, we’ll arrive ahead of time and quietly set the scene, styling every detail with care and intention. From the blankets and tableware to those little touches that make it feel extra special, everything will be ready for you. When you arrive, all that’s left is to clink glasses, soak in the atmosphere, and simply enjoy being together.

Where are you based?
We’re proudly based in Queenstown and have recently expanded to Auckland! You can now enjoy our styled picnic experiences in both stunning locations.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and peak seasons. If you're looking to book something sooner than two weeks from now, please submit our contact form to check availability—we’ll do our best to make it work!
What happens if the weather is bad?
We always keep an eye on the forecast and will be in touch 1–2 days prior if the weather isn’t looking ideal. You’ll have the option to move the picnic to an indoor location, reschedule (subject to availability), or we can discuss alternative solutions together.
Can I choose the setup style and picnic location?
Yes! We offer a variety of setup styles and work across several beautiful picnic locations in both Queenstown and Auckland. Once your picnic is booked, we’ll send through all the available style
and location options so you can choose what suits you best.
Can you cater for dietary requirements or allergies?
Absolutely! We can accommodate a wide range ofdietary needs and allergies, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and more.
What food options are available?
Most of our packages include beautifully presented grazing boxes filled with local specialties—such as artisan cheeses, seasonal fruit, dips, crackers, fresh bread, nuts, dried fruit, and more. We also offer sweet treats like mini cakes, and on request, we can add fruit platters, morning tea platters, or pastry platters to suit the occasion and time of day.
How long does the picnic last?
Our standard picnics are designed for a 2-hour experience. Longer duration can be arranged on request for an additional fee.
Do you provide photography?
Photography isn’t included by default, but we work with amazing photographers and videographers and highly recommend booking one—especially for proposals, elopements, or any special celebration. You can find more details about our photography and videography options in the Add-On section when browsing our packages.
Do I need to bring anything?
No - we’ve got it all covered! From rugs and cushions to glassware, plates, and napkins, everything will be beautifully set up and ready when you arrive. We also provide
sunscreen, a speaker, and insect repellent to make sure you’re as comfortable and relaxed as possible. Just bring yourselves and enjoy.
