Hi, I am Katerina
The heart behind Picnique. The idea first came to me in late 2022, and by 2023 I had turned it into reality. Since then, I’ve been pouring my energy into creating picnics that feel special, meaningful, and deeply personal.
I run Picnique on my own, from the first email to the very last detail of each setup. What I love most is seeing people’s faces light up when they arrive — those emotions are why I do what I do. I’m always dreaming up new setups and exploring fresh locations around Queenstown so that every picnic feels unique and extraordinary.
For me, it’s never just about the picnic itself. It’s about slowing down, celebrating love and connection, and creating moments you’ll carry with you long after the day has passed.
